Location

Wilshire Lakes is a single family gated community located on Vanderbilt Beach Rd, just west of I75. There is no exit off the interstate at this road.

The community does run adjacent to I75 so some road noise can be heard from the homes. Contact an agent to discuss this.

The community is accessed by only one road off Vanderbilt Beach Road. Residents turn onto Wilshire Lakes Blvd, which is just across the street from the entrance to Village Walk.

Wilshire Lakes Blvd winds through the community with subsidiary roads feeding smaller residential streets.  There are condos in the fronta t Fieldstone Ct, and through the back only single family homes along: Midshore Dr, Rocky Bank Dr and Tradewater Ct.

The community is centrally located with the Shoppes at Vanderbilt just west of the community and Vanderbilt Beach only 10 minutes to the west.
